27/01 - Pontypridd 10m - Well done to Edd who broke the hour, also well done to Dan , Amy , Andrew , Tracy , Carl and Richard C for taking part.

27/01 - Club Membership - Club Membership is now Due as I need to sort out AAW affiliation

27/01 - Staggered Run - First stagered run of the year is on Wednesday 3rd March

31/01 - AGM took place on Wednesday 27th January, no changes to committee line up , a Number of points were raised I will write these up shortly and issue them to everyone.

31/01 - Lliswerry 8 - Well done to Edd, Amy, Clive, Tracy, Peter and Leona for completing the Lliswerry 8miler today it has got to be one of the coldest race days for a while , think it was -3 just before the start.

31/01 - New Pack Run to Take place second Monday of every month

A new idea of a Pack run is being introduced on the second Monday of each month, starting on the 8th February, a new web page will be created , showing the dates off all pack and staggered runs for the whole year.

31/01 - Most races - Leonna now leads the Most races championship with 2 races, come on Tracy

31/01 - Presentation Night (cancelled) - We are trying to arrange a night out on Friday 19th February, to go for a meal a few drinks and to present the trophies for 2009 ,venue should be confirmed in the next few days. If you want to go let someone on the committee know ASAP.

20/01 - AGM to take place on Wednesday 27th January in the sports centre Bar at 8.15pm after running, everyone welcome to come along and air their view & suggestions for the coming year.
