Massive well done to the 'Rat Pack' for completing the tenovus 3 peaks challenge

last Sunday (10/07/2007). Its not official yet but it looks like the lads were the first

We are moving to Porth Baths on Monday 30th April until further notice.

Well done Dennis and Leanne for completing the London Marathon last Sunday.

its looking like we are going to move to Porth swimming pool now ,instead of Tylorstown.

The date at the moment is the week commencing 24th April but this could change.

We will be moving to Tylorstown sports centre in April exact date not yet known

will post this up when we know, as Ystrad sport centre is closing for refurbishment.
