March Staggered Run (4/3/2009)

Well Done Richard Cadogan for winning the first of the reborn staggered runs, take a sick bag next time though Rich. Also special well done to Les who completed 5 Miles for the first time since the good ol days.

Pontypridd Reverse 10 (22/2/2009)

Well Done to all on completing the Pontypridd Reverse 10, especially Amy who was first RVR runner home in 73.50

Staggered Run to start back in March:

The Staggered run will start back on Wednesday 4th March and will take place the first Wednesday in every Month thereafter. The course to be used will be Les's 5m.
